The sample scheme at Waldegrave Girls School required a design to unlock difficult phasing and landscape planning constraints on a tight urban site with existing buildings and service constraints. Continue Reading

She is an Autodesk Certified Associate which demonstrates her advanced competence in AutoCAD. University Technical College bid success.
Colour UDL supported the successful Shepherd Construction bid for the new Daventry UTC. This represents an 100% success at ITT stage making our fourth scheme to now progressing through to Planning and onwards to Financial Close with Shepherd Construction. The newly formed UTC, whose main sponsors are Moulton College and the University of Northampton, will be a place for young people to learn and commit to a career in “sustainable and related new technologies” and is set to be funded with a £9 million programme of works from the Education Funding Agency with opening scheduled for September 2013. Congratulations to Shepherd Construction for leading a successful bid on The Nuneaton Academy, Colour UDL are pleased to support the winning bid and we are looking forward to developing the landscape proposals with the academy through Select Panel Member stage. Our approach to creating a green masterplan that offers a clear and legible academy campus by clearing the central building and forming a ‘Square & Park’ landscape at the heart of the school site. The main entrance route initiates a ‘street’ spine that runs through the entire campus bordering the central square and eventually terminating at the new build house block entrance with a series of house gardens.
