The public realm orientated masterplan seeks to organize, provide a high quality environment that connects the mixed use development with nature. The landscape structure would enhance the micro-climate by filtering wind-blown desert dust and providing shade, create public spaces that act as a setting for high quality commercial development, the focus for community use and public health opportunities.
